RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have up to 21 days upon receiving the item to return all international orders purchased on www.Namedcollective.Com. Please ensure you request your return within 14 days of receiving your order, to ensure that your parcel reaches us within the 21 days return period. For us returns please ensure the parcel is marked as “returned goods” on any necessary customs or postal forms. Failure to do so may delay the issue of any refund, or result in the shipment being returned. Additionally, any duties incurred due to incorrect customs declarations will be deducted from the refund due.

Due to items often quickly selling out, we don't offer us exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you can get your hands on the right size is to return your original item to us for a refund, and make a separate purchase for the new item. Please find the returns instructions above. For US customers, we offer a ups label via our returns portal. Please note, the cost of this return label (£22 gbp) will be deducted from the total refund amount. If 5 or more items are being returned, please note that the label price may increase. Inside your return parcel please include a note with your order number, so the team can identify your order. To start a return for your order, you can use our new returns portal below.

All returns are processed and refunded within 10 days of being received. Assuming there are no issues, you’ll receive an email to confirm your refund/exchange as soon as this is processed.
If you are experiencing an issue please reach out directly to hey@namedcollective.Com. We'll do our best to assist you!

On the rare occasion that there is ever any sort of issue, factory fault or damage found on an item, you must get in touch with us by emailing hey@namedcollective.Com as soon as you receive the product to inform us. If you do not get in touch immediately before the item has been worn, we are unable to take responsibility for any damage that may occur.

If your parcel has been "Returned to sender" for any reason, you will be automatically notified via email and refunded for the order minus any shipping costs, courier fees and duty incurred. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels or delayed parcels that are not safely delivered back to us that are a result of failed delivery attempts or unclaimed parcels. For this reason, it is important to track your parcel using the tracking provided to ensure safe delivery.

Please be advised that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards. We cannot accept returns on swimwear if the hygiene seal has been broken or is no longer in place. Due to hygiene reasons, we are also unable to accept returns on any jewellery pieces including shoe charms and underwear sets or pieces.

Frequent returns or unusual pattern/activity will be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused or we identify unusual pattern/activity we may cancel or refuse current, future order(s) and returns.
